This section provides a detailed description of the available payment and shipping methods for orders placed through the Gear Estate online store, which operates in accordance with Greek and European law.
1. Payment Methods
Customers can complete their purchases by choosing one of the following secure payment methods:
1.1 Bank Transfer
The customer can pay the order amount via deposit to the company's bank account:

⚠ Orders are shipped only after the deposit has been confirmed. It is recommended to send proof of payment to [email].
1.2 Credit/Debit Card Payment
We accept payments via:

Processing is done through certified payment systems (e.g., Viva Wallet, Stripe, Alpha e-Commerce), with full SSL encryption and no card data stored on our server.
1.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available for payment in cash upon delivery of the product, through our courier partner.

2. Shipping Methods and Terms
We ship products within Greece and to EU countries using trusted courier services.

2.2 Shipping Cost
Shipping cost depends on:

2.3 Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS so the customer can monitor the delivery progress.
2.4 Receipt & Responsibility
The customer must check the package upon delivery. In case of damage or loss during transit, the company takes responsibility and, once verified, will replace the product or issue a refund.
⚠ If the package is not received due to customer error (e.g., wrong address, no response), any extra costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2.5 Remote Areas or International Shipping
For certain areas (e.g., islands, mountainous regions, remote EU countries), there may be:
- An increase in shipping costs, or

The company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or third parties (e.g., strikes, severe weather, customs delays).
Shipping is carried out only after payment confirmation, except for COD orders.
